Workshop Rescheduled
The workshop initially planned in January and that we were forced to cancel due to the bad weather has been rescheduled to Sunday 14th March 2010 12h00 and until 16h00.
This training is ther ideal opportunity to refine your kihon, kata and kumite techniques particularly ahead of competitions in both Ardee and Poland …
The cost of the training session is €15 per person and it is open to Members of Kerry Shotokan Karate School or other Karate organisations . Please don’t forget to bring your towels, minerals and sandwiches!
