Kick Fit Karate Class in Glenbeigh
Please note that Sensei Charles will be running a “Kick Fit Karate” class in Glenbeigh starting next Wednesday 21st April at 8-10pm.
Kick Fit Karate is a fun work-out using some of the karate basics. It is expected to be a fun class with the same benefits as karate but with less emphasis on discipline.
